What you upload. PDF or image bank statements, your first name, mobile phone, state, and optional email. Statements can include account numbers, balances, and the account holder’s name. We do not ask for a Social Security number, date of birth, or online banking login, and we do not use Plaid-style bank linking.
Where files go. Uploads are stored in a private, encrypted file store (Vercel Blob in production, private access — never a public URL). They are not stored in this website’s GitHub repository, in application logs, in advertising analytics, or in GoHighLevel. The CRM receives only your contact details, that the source was a bank-statement estimate, the file count, and the estimate numbers — not statement contents or full account numbers.
Who can see them. A licensed originator at Liberty Group Funding, Inc. dba The Mortgage King can open the files with a token link that is not posted publicly. Text is read on our server. This version does not send statements to a third-party OCR or AI provider.
How long we keep them. Files are deleted automatically after 30 days. On the result page you can tap “Delete my files now” to remove them sooner.
No sale of data. We do not sell your personal information or your statements.
